She says this requires for a lot of money that she does not have or even expect in any way.

It is so hard to the extent that she cannot afford transport to take him to the hospital constantly.

It has been six years now since she has been taking her son to the hospital every after four days.

This condition has brought about unspeakable poverty in their family and now no one can buy anything for themselves.
