Shocked fans say “he has changed” after what Cristiano Ronaldo did to allow Bruno Fernandes to score in Portugal’s 3-0 win over Türkiye at the Euro.

Even though he is 39 years old and has been away from the European football field for a long time, Ronaldo’s heat has never diminished.  EURO 2024 is considered Ronaldo’s last tournament in the  Portuguese team shirt. Therefore, his attraction is even greater.

Even Ronaldo’s training sessions receive special attention from fans. According to ESPN, the  Portuguese team arrived in Germany and had their first practice session on June 14 to prepare for the opening match against the Czech Republic in Group F on June 19.

In this practice match,  Portugal gave out 6,000 free tickets to fans. However, it is nothing compared to the huge demand of fans. Therefore, many people without tickets are diligently hunting for tickets to watch Ronaldo practice before G.

According to ESPN, tickets are currently being resold on various websites for up to 800 euros. It was all advertised that this was a training session with Bernardo Silva, Raphael Leao, Bruno Fernandes… and especially Cristiano Ronaldo.

What’s going on shows that fans seem to be desperate to see star Al-Nassr in his final tournament with the national team. Now 39 years old, Ronaldo no longer has many opportunities to conquer EURO or World Cup glory. In the national team, Ronaldo’s position is also shaky. In  Seleccao’s recent matches, he rarely started (3/5 recent matches were a substitute or not on the registration list).

The upcoming EURO will be Ronaldo’s 6th and last EURO. He scored a total of 14 goals in the finals, holding the record for the player with the most goals in EURO. Ronaldo won this tournament in 2016. Certainly in Germany, his ambition is still to win the throne.

Ronaldo’s appearance contributed to making  Portugal’s training sessions bustling. Perhaps this is a rare team where fans have to pay tens of millions just to enter the field to watch the players… practice.
