Well, Loren clearly stated that they had no plans at the moment. However, it seems that the TLC star might change their minds in the future. She said, “I miss it, [Alexei] said, ‘Oh, you’re gonna have baby fever.’ I’m like, ‘No, I’m not, don’t worry.” She admitted having baby fever but she gets confused if she wants to go back after the mommy makeover.

Moreover, she added, “You can always get redone but like, do I want to go backwards? I don’t know. Never say never.” Alexei claimed that they were already at their max and that having a fourth kid would be the last. He was also uncertain about the plans. Further, the TLC star made it clear that having another child is still an option for them.
