“It is an immense honor to be here and receive this award. It’s one of the most beautiful goals of my career and I’m very grateful to have helped my team in this situation. I know that my parents and my teammates were really rooting for me. Thank you,” Endrick told ESPN.
Botafogo won 3-0 at Nilton Santos. Therefore, a reaction from Palmeiras was unthinkable at that time. However, Endrick decided to show up. The striker, in this way, fired at speed, lined up and scored one of the most important goals of the championship.
