Rapper Roddy Ricch, Rodrick Wayne Moore Jr., has sold his Beverly Hills home with four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
Unfortunately, Ricch received slightly under $5M—$4,995,000 to be exact—for the home he acquired in 2021 for $5.6M.
A little over a year after that acquisition, the 24-year-old artist listed the home for $5,995,000. He reduced the request early this year to $5,750,000.This past summer, the price dropped once again, to $5,199,000, which prompted the most recent sale.
The 3,450-square-foot house, which was constructed in 1960, is tucked away amid lovely palm trees and a verdant setting on a little over an acre. Beautiful views are available from the open floor layout, and the living area is anchored by a warm fireplace.
