Tyga has been spending his quarantine in his stunning $12.8 million Bel-Air estate, which offers luxurious amenities such as a 70-foot pool and a spacious walk-in closet to accommodate his extensive sneaker collection.

Located on the Santa Monica Mountains, this expansive estate spans over 13,000 square feet and includes a separate 1,200-square-foot guesthouse. According to the LA Times, the 30-year-old rapper has been leasing the mansion since October for a monthly fee of $58,000.

Built in 2019, the house is designed with windows on all sides, providing breathtaking views of the Los Angeles canyons. The pristine white exterior is complemented by spacious balconies adorned with French doors and striped window coverings.

The majority of the estate features impressive 18-foot ceilings, adding to the sense of grandeur. Tyga can unwind in his spacious master suite, complete with dual tubs and a picturesque view of the surrounding green hills.

With plenty of driveway and garage space, Tyga has ample room for his expanding collection of luxury sports vehicles, including his red Bugatti, Mercedes G-Wagons, Rolls Royce, and Ferrari, which can often be seen parked outside the house.

Tyga’s luxurious home is conveniently located just four miles away from Kylie Jenner’s Beverly Hills property, which she acquired last year with Travis Scott. It’s worth noting that Tyga and Kylie Jenner had been in a relationship since 2014 when Tyga was 25 and Kylie was 16. However, the couple parted ways in April 2017 after three eventful years together.
