LeBron James is familiar with the affluent celebrity lifestyle, having secured three NBA championships and endorsement contracts totaling $480 million. Having won the NBA Most Valuable Player award four times, he just bought a G280 Gulfstream private aircraft valued at over $22 million.

LeBron James is renowned for his steadfast commitment to his family. He often utilizes his own plane to have quality time with them. An illustrative instance of this is when he hired a G280 aircraft to visit his son, LeBron James Jr.’s high school basketball game. LeBron James has prohibited his children from boarding his private jet to teach them humility and appreciation for their fortunate status.

In 2010, LeBron James used his private aircraft for trips to see his family and for vacations. He only used it once more, to go to the wedding of his close buddy Carmelo Anthony. At the beginning of his NBA career, Adidas offered to provide a private jet for LeBron James and his friends to attend a Lakers game courtside.

It was hoped that James will finalize a sponsorship agreement with Adidas. LeBron James was presented with an additional bonus along with a $100 million deal, but he choose to sign with Nike instead of accepting the offer from another firm. Adidas CEO Sonny Vaccaro made a valiant attempt to get LeBron James’ endorsement, but the superstar remained unconvinced by the proposals.
