The three-story Spanish-style mansion is situated on a quarter-acre lot in the gated Summit Estates neighborhood of Beverly Hills, an area known for its revolving cast of celebrity residents, which reportedly includes Gwen Stefani and Britney Spears.

According to listing photos, the home is well-suited for entertaining and features multiple sitting rooms with fireplaces on the main level, as well as a large open kitchen that extends out onto the veranda and into the backyard, which has a small pool. In addition to the gym and laundry room on the lower level, there is a lounge and entertaining room with a complete bar and wine cellar.

According to Gregory Piechota of Compass, who is co-listing the property with Amit Lalji of Keller Williams Beverly Hills, Ms. Williams, age 39, has not made significant renovations to the property since its initial purchase. The 6,000-square-foot home was constructed by developer Ario Fakheri, and Williams purchased it in the autumn of 2017 shortly after the birth of her daughter with spouse and Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian.
Ms. Williams sold a Bel-Air property for $8.1 million in 2019, after acquiring it for $6.62 million in 2006, listing it for $12 million in 2017, and subsequently lowering the asking price to $9.95 million.
The tennis champion, who has won a record 23 Grand Slam singles titles in her career, recently sold a five-bedroom mansion in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida for $2.775 million in January.
