Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson’s stunt double of nearly 20 years has revealed their exercises routines, diets and the favorite unhealthy snacks they both indulge in.

Tanoai Reed, 45, from Hawaii, first graced the screens as a stand-in during the film ‘The Scorpion King’ and since then has battled through blооd, sweat and muscles tears on behalf of the leading man.

Reed who stands at 6ft 3 and weighs 260lb, according to his IMDB page, has featured in everything from the Fast & Furious series to Hercules.

For each role, to ensure their physical appearances match, they follow the same exercise routines five days a week and diet accordingly.

Over the years a tight relationship formed between Johnson and Reed, according to GQ, and they regularly exchange recommendations on their favorite cheat food donuts and pizza.

Johnson was the world’s highest paid actor in the world earning $124 million last year and ranked number 15 overall on Forbes’ celebrity earners list.
