A viral TikTok video shared on Tuesday under the username @the_craftin_couple shows the beautiful friendship between two dog siblings who also happen to be best friends. Accordingly, the clip has melted hearts all over the internet.
The heartwarming post shows one of the dogs struggling to open the doggy door to get back into the house. His sibling quickly comes to the rescue, opening it as soon as he hears barking.
According to the American Kennel Club (AKC), before bringing your new puppy home you should make sure that both dogs have a space of their own, such as a crate or an exercise pen, where they can retire when they’re not in the mood for interaction.
It’s also crucial that the dogs meet in a neutral place like in the car or in the yard, so that your established dog doesn’t see the puppy’s arrival as an invasion of their space.
