Dogs, man’s best friends, are known for their ability to help those in need. Their kind and caring souls are ready to help and comfort all the helpless creatures they encounter. This abandoned dog helped an injured baby deer and rescued him by comforting him.
Pat Pollifroe is Zoey’s brother, who found her stray dog with a fawn that she owned.
The dog didn’t want to leave the desperate fawn’s side until help arrived. The musician freed the deer and returned it to the den, but in the morning he discovered the baby fawn in the dirt.
Pat thought the fawn might be in trouble and was looking for help. In fact, he was right. The little creature had some health issues; its eyes were affected.
Pat named it Bambi and began caring for it. The beautiful fawn was fed goat’s milk. Its eye infection improved greatly after Pat removed some ticks.
Her little dog, Zoey, was by Bambi’s side the whole time, becoming her friend from the moment she saw her. The little fawn wandered around Pat’s yard every day, and her furry companion followed her everywhere.
He was so affectionate and kind to her, cuddling and licking her all the time. Their special relationship was incredible and heartwarming.
Pat had no choice but to help the sick fawn get back on its feet. She sought help from several shelters and rescue centers, but was unfortunately rejected for various reasons.
Pat found Bambi a home in a goat farm, where she would have a peaceful and pleasant life. Eventually, she recovered, her eyes were clear and her ticks were gone. Bambi was waiting to be adopted, and Pat happily found her the perfect home.
