Less touches and passes than Onana: Rasmus Hojlund achieved nothing with or without the ball during his time on the pitch!

Erik ten Hag had a terrible night. It was a great night for Villa. The game yesterday was anything but. To be honest, it was a pretty rough game of football. At the end, the xG was the lowest it had been in a Premier League match in two years.
So, what did you learn from the game? Well, Ten Hag has probably had a few more weeks on the bench since they didn’t lose.

His five passes were also a lot less than Onana’s twenty-one. The 21-year-old will likely get better as he gets in better shape, but he may be dropped after the international break.
It was a bad game, and the fact that he was so weak in the duel—he only won one of five fights with the Villa defense showed how bad it was. Players like Pau Torres and Diego Carlos didn’t give him any change.
