The Golden Warriors point guard, Stephen “Steph” Curry, moved into a more luxurious property in Atherton, California, months before selling his “dream home” to a Singapore billionaire last October.

In December 2020, the Ohio native, 34, and his TV personality/entrepreneur wife Ayesha, 33, paid $30 mιllιon for their opulent contemporary property.
The U-shaped stucco and glass structure has seven bedrooms and nine baths and is hidden behind walls and a gated driveway on nearly 2 acres of flat land. It is much larger than the couple’s other Atherton home, which has 7,500 square feet.
The three-story home has a large motorcourt and a grand entrance that leads to a two-story glass-topped atrium with a chandelier and floor-to-ceiling pocketing glass doors to the rear. From there, highlights include formal living/dining rooms, a gourmet kitchen with an eat-in island, and top-tier stainless equipment. A fireplace family room and adjacent dining space have more glass doors that open to the outside.
The master retreat has a fireplace, wet bar, marble bath with a soaking tub and glass-enclosed shower, a movie theater, complete bar, and wine cellar. The Studio Green-landscaped grounds have a pool, sundeck, cabana, and manicured lawn, as well as lots of outdoor lounging and entertaining spaces.
