Manchester United fans rally around Rasmus Hojlund, calling him ‘world-class’ despite missing two crucial chances in a face-off with Neuer that led to Denmark’s heartbreaking exit from the Euros.

In a thrilling match filled with VAR drama, Germany edged out Denmark 2-0 to reach the quarter-finals of the European Championships.

Kai Havertz and Jamal Musiala scored the crucial goals for Germany, while Rasmus Hojlund’s missed chances proved costly.

Denmark, who had drawn all three of their group-stage games, started strong but failed to capitalize on their opportunities.

In the first half, Christian Eriksen’s clever pass found Thomas Delaney, who skillfully beat Antonio Rudiger before setting up Hojlund. However, the forward’s shot was expertly blocked by Manuel Neuer.
