Cristiano Ronaldo, the renowned footballer, has kicked off his stay in Saudi Arabia with grandeur by reserving a lavish suite in the prestigious Kingdom Tower, one of the country’s tallest and most impressive structures.
If Ronaldo chooses to make the suite his family’s permanent residence in the Middle East, it comes with a substantial price tag of £250,000. Since parting ways with Manchester United and signing a two-and-a-half-year contract with Al-Nassr, a Saudi Arabian club, Ronaldo wasted no time in acquiring his first home.
The Kingdom Tower’s 99-story building currently houses Ronaldo and his partner, Georgina Rodríguez, along with their five children. Their exclusive “Kingdom Suite” offers unparalleled views of Riyadh and spans two floors on the 48th and 50th levels. It features a spacious living room, private office, dining room, and media room.
The interior of the hotel, which generates annual sales of £172 million, befits a five-time Ballon d’Or winner like Ronaldo. Although the Ronaldo Suite and the even larger “Royal Suite” (which measures 2,595 square feet, surpassing the size of many apartments in the UK) are not publicly advertised on the Kingdom Tower website, they can be discreetly rented.
While specific details about Ronaldo’s suite are undisclosed, the “Presidential Suite,” which costs £3,300 per night, offers a glimpse into the level of luxury and expenditure one can expect during their stay in the Kingdom Tower.
