Kylie Jenner, social media star and beauty mogul, has expanded her real estate portfolio with the $36.5 million purchаse of a stunning Los Angeles property. TMZ was the first to disclоse the expensive purchаse. In spite of the opulent estate’s multimillion-dollar price tag, Jenner made out quite well. The brand-new structure in the prestigious Holmby Hills neighbourhood was initially listed for $55 million last year.
Prior to Jenner’s purchаse, the price had recently been reduced to the still-expensive amount of $46 million. She was able to reduce one-third off the original asking price of the luxurious residence. The luxurious property makes sense for the youngest self-made billionaire on the Forbes list.
It has 19,250 square feet of living space, seven bedrooms, and 14 restrooms, all of which are Instagram-ready, and a floor plan that is Instagram-ready. The modern, single-story estate features an outdoor projection screen, an indoor home theatre, bars and a game room, a fitness centre, and a sports court. In addition to a formal dining area, a chef’s kitchen opens onto a family room.
