Originally hitting the market in 2007 with a lofty price tag of $18.5 million, the mansion has now changed hands for a mere $2.9 million. Among its impressive amenities are both indoor and outdoor pools, a Һот tub, a range of game rooms, a recording studio, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, and even a fully-equipped nightclub.
This property, situated at 50 Poplar Hill Drive in Farmington, was acquired by 50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis James Jackson III, back in 2003 from former boxer Mike Tyson, setting a local record as the highest-priced residence sold at that time. Notably, Farmington is situated approximately 80 miles to the north of the affluent city of Greenwich.
The mansion, sprawling over an expansive 50,000 square feet, initially entered the market in 2015 with an asking price of $18.5 million, which subsequently underwent a series of price reductions. The most recent listing from Douglas Elliman featured the property at $4.995 million.
