That is why when her family commits the  most cowardly act of abandoning her,  her entire world falls apart, leaving the child in absolute desolation.

It is a serious mistake to think that animals lack feelings. They are beings full of unbreakable values, with surprising loyalty. It is sad when an animal is the victim of abuse, and even more so when it is a boundless evil that comes from the hand of its owner.

That’s what happened to this mixed breed  dog , who unfortunately  crossed the rainbow because of the pure state of depression and sadness she found herself in after being abandoned at the airport in Bucaramanga, Colombia.  

The faithful dog waited for her owner for THIRTY LONG DAYS, but he never came back!

Although it is an extremely sad and painful story that happened in 2017, we want to tell it again to raise awareness and ensure that no other furry friend goes through the same thing.

Traveling Cloud,  as this cute little  dog was baptized by the airport staff,  remained for a whole month  in the same place where they left her.

She was always at the  Palonegro airport in Colombia.  The employees tried to offer her water and food to hydrate and nourish her.

But the saddest thing is that the   little dog refused to move a single paw from that spot.  And so, the days went by, and seeing that her loved ones did not arrive, she stopped fighting, allowing the pain to take over her.

Sadness and depression took away all his strength and desire to live, until it took his life.

Every day, for a whole month, tourists and locals  saw her wandering around the airport in search of her loved ones.  This is how this little dog soon stole the hearts of millions and captured the attention of all social networks. And, although many wanted to help her, she refused to move.

Traveling Cloud did not have a collar or identification tag, but she was in very good health. This showed that she was not a homeless   dog , she had simply been cruelly abandoned.

Tired of waiting for the reunion that never came, one day she stopped eating and gave up.

“Traveling cloud, the cruelty of a human being’s cowardice. The dog dies because of the abandonment of its owner,” wrote a person who knew her case closely.

Finally, one of the airlines provided support so that this noble dog could be transferred to the  Animal Protection Foundation  and receive the necessary attention and care.

Alejandro Sontomonte Niño , a veterinarian at the Foundation, confirmed that  Nube Viajera’s health has seriously deteriorated.
