Giving birth to her puppies on the sidewalk is one of the most miserable and horrifying experiences a dog can go through.
This poor mother had to endure abandonment after her owner discovered she had accidentally become pregnant, as well as facing the many dangers of life on the streets, such as malnutrition and disease.
With no intention of taking responsibility or providing her with the care she desperately needed, her owner loaded her into his car and drove her hundreds of miles away from home to abandon her in a place where she could not return.
The dog attempted to give birth on the sidewalk to save her puppies while she was on the verge of collapsing from exhaustion.
Sadly, many puppies find themselves in this situation due to irresponsible owners who throw them away like old furniture.
Days passed as the brave mother, pregnant and living on the streets, did everything she could to survive, even as her health worsened.
Only one good Samaritan offered to help her; most people showed no interest in her plight.
She was unable to carry her pregnancy to term and gave birth while lying in a cardboard box. Nearly comatose, the mother used what little strength she had left to protect her puppies.
Of the six puppies she gave birth to, two failed to survive. With tears in her eyes, she tried to feed and warm the rest of the litter, but was too exhausted to fight on alone.
No animal should suffer because of the neglect of a human.
The mother didn’t start to feel better until a stranger stepped in and called a local animal rescue group.
At first, it was difficult to gain the mother’s trust, as she wouldn’t let anyone get close to her or her puppies. She instinctively reacted with defenses, ready to attack if anyone got too close.

Eventually, the dog calmed down and accepted help from her rescuers as she realized no one would harm her or her puppies.
They were all immediately taken to a veterinary hospital, where they received the necessary medical attention. Although the mother was very weak, with proper care, she would recover.
Over the next 48 hours, the puppies were monitored to see if they would survive.
The cruel abuse of defenseless animals should be condemned by all animal lovers.
The four puppies that miraculously survived are gaining weight every day thanks to the healthy diet of their mother, who provides them with all the milk they need.
The dog must be on a special diet to get all the nutrients necessary to survive and fully recover from the horrific incident caused by the negligence of her owner.
Although they are now happy, the family will soon be put up for adoption.
Thanks to the kindness of a passerby and the heroic efforts of their rescuer, the entire furry family is safe.
