Martha’s story is one of hardship and resilience. Once a proud guard dog at a construction site, she was left to die after her legs became paralyzed. She lay there, wounded and in pain, until volunteers from The GoGo shelter found her and brought her to a vet.

After the vet determined that Martha’s injuries were permanent, volunteers set out to give her a second chance at life. They got her a wheelchair and continued to provide her with the best possible care.
