To what extent are you willing to go to ensure the well-being of your beloved animal? Jaxon Feeley, a resident of Wigan and a dog owner, expressed his willingness to sacrifice his house to cover his veterinary expenses, which have amounted to an astounding £20,000 ($24,185).
Throughout the night, she vomited more than 30 times, and by Saturday morning, they were at the emergency veterinary clinic.
Rambo was hospitalized in the intensive care unit for ten days, and Jaxon’s immediate thought was to sell his house to ensure that Rambo received the best possible care and remained alive.
Jaxon established a GoFundMe page on January 27 to collect funds for Rambo’s treatment, which is quite expensive.
According to the page, Rambo’s insurance has already paid out up to £6500, but the expenses have increased to £11,500 after only one week of hospitalization.
Jaxon expressed on Rambo’s page, “In the event that Rambo needs significant surgery, as well as post-operative care, I must be able to provide for my little girl.”
During the initial week of veterinary treatment, Rambo vomited and the fluid refluxed into her lungs. Consequently, her lungs became infected, and she contracted acute pneumonia, which resulted in the collapse of one of her lungs.
