CASEMIRO has joined Marbella FC as a director and shareholder.
Following a dismal season, much speculation has surrounded the midfielder’s future at Manchester United.
Casemiro has become a director of Marbella FC.The midfielder may still quit Manchester United this summer.
He already looks to be looking ahead, having invested in Marbella, a fourth-tier Spanish club.
Casemiro held out Marbella jerseys featuring his name when he was introduced as the new director.
He remarked after joining: “It is an honour for me to join Marbella Football Club because my main motive is the club’s fantastic growth prospects.
“I’ve travelled to Marbella with my family several times, and both my children, my wife, and I have fallen in love with this city, to which we want to be forever attached.
“No doubt, together we will dream big to take Marbella to the highest, but now we have to enjoy our wonderful ascent to Primera.”
Casemiro, 32, has been linked with a departure from United this summer.
The former Real Madrid player could relocate to Saudi Arabia for one last hefty payoff before retiring.
He is also thought to have been approached by former Real Madrid teammate Cristiano Ronaldo, who wants Casemiro to join him at Al Nassr.
