Ellin bought the house in 2004 and made several high-end renovations. Ellin tells Mansion Global that after a thorough renovation, the house now has marble, custom cabinets, top-notch appliances, and Moroccan/Spanish design elements that were inspired by our travels. The entrance of the three-story house includes a drɑmɑtic lobby with a grand staircase and handmade wide wood plank flooring throughout. An beautiful formal dining room with custom built-ins and a silver leaf soffit ceiling is accessible from the first level.

Only a few steps separate the spacious living area from the family room, which includes a wood-burning fireplace and a seating rotunda in the Moroccan style. A unique chef’s kitchen with marble counters, a seating island, and a butler’s closet is near by. The third level houses a sizable, fully equipped gym, three bunk beds for children, a guest bedroom, and a bathroom. Johnson has a custom-built indoor basketball court, as you may have imagined. You can peek through a window in the game area to see how your buddies behave if you’d like to merely observe.
