aty Perry poked fun at Charlie Puth on Friday after Taylor Swift name-checked the singer on her new album, The Tortured Poets Department.
The much-hyped LP was released on April 19, with Swift shouting out to Puth on the record’s title track.
“You smokеd then ate seven bars of chocolate, We declared Charlie Puth should be a bigger artist,” the 34-year-old sings in the second verse.

After a snippet of the song was leaked online on Wednesday, social media users found the line hilarious. Many struggled to believe the clip was real, suspecting the audio to be an AI replica of Swift’s vocals.
Puth has yet to publicly respond to the mention, but he did post a reel of photos with his fiancée, Brooke Sansone, on Thursday.
