Jordan Clarkson’s Lavish Acquisition: Snags a $7.5 Million Mansion Courtesy of Thomas J. Henry.

Utah Jazz point guard Jordan Clarkson purchased a 10,106-square foot San Antonio mansion from prominent personal injury attorney Thomas J. Henry for an undisclosed sum. Built in 2008 on 1.2 acres, the three-story home comes with a private elevator, five bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, separate pool-side casita and a variety of spaces for entertaining large crowds both indoors and out. The home had also been used previously in a commercial for Henry’s law firm.

The property, located in San Antonio’s luxury neighborhood The Dominion, was most recently listed for $7.5 million. It previously sold for $5.4 million in August 2019, according to Redfin. Multiple outlets have reported an entity connected to Clarkson called JClarkson Enterprises took out a $3.78 million loan from City National Bank for the sale. In the same neighborhood a nearby home is on the market for $6.9 million, likely making this purchase one of the more expensive ones in the locality.

Here one the the casual entertaining spaces comes with a wet bar at the far end of the room.

The centrally-located wine storage is designed with an artistic flair.

An elongated open area for entertaining leads to the dining room.

A close-up of the dining area shows the contemporary chandelier and hardwood floors used throughout the level.

Another of the entertaining areas with an ornate wall covering has views of the pool. Note the shift in floor pattern from diagonal (above) to a herringbone layout.

The kitchen with contemporary style appliances comes with a texture wall pattern.

At least one of the five bedrooms walks out to the pool.

The main suite’s bathroom follows a classic design with multiple vanities and ample storage.

A wide view of the outdoors shows a covered area for entertaining as well as the open air pool in the distance. The outdoor amenities include an infinity edge pool, wood-burning pizza oven and stainless steel Viking gas grill.

An overview of the property shows its secluded location in the gated Dominion community.

The listing was represented by Binkan Cinaroglu of Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty.
