Former Miami Dolphins linebacker and New England Patriots owner Kyle Van Noy and his wife, Marissa Van Noy, sold their mansion in Southwest Ranches to a firm managed by NBA player Andre Drummond.
Landmark Ranch Estates’ 16730 Berkshire Court, a 7,543-square-foot residence, was sold to Southwest Ranches Estate LLC, managed by Drummond, for $3.5 million. BNY Mellon granted the purchaser a mortgage for $2.55 million.
Ben Moss, of Compass’s Ben Moss Group, Sports & Entertainment Division, facilitated the transaction. The cost was calculated at $464 per square foot.

The 2004-built, canal-front residence comprises six bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, a summer kitchen, a wet bar, an office, a game room, and a swimming pool.
During his comparatively short sojourn in Miami, Van Noy amassed a respectable profit on his residence, which was last sold for $2.58 million in May 2020.
In 2020, the Dolphins acquired Van Noy for $51 million over four seasons, and he started thirteen games. March saw the release of Van Noy by the Dolphins, following his first year of the contract, during which he earned approximately $15 million. Van Noy was signed by the New England Patriots, where he had previously spent four years and won two Super Bowls, within a few weeks. Appearing in the NFL in the second round, he was acquired by the Detroit Lions in the 2014 draft.
This season, Drummond started at center for the Los Angeles Lakers, having his contract with the Cleveland Cavaliers be purchased. The Detroit Pistons selected him in the first round in 2012. Four times, he set the league record in rebounding, and he was named to two All-Star teams. Drummond is a free agent at the moment.
