After experiencing a heart arrest on July 24 during preseason practice, LeBron James’ eldest kid spent three days in the hospital that summer.

The 6-foot-3 guard was declared medically cleared to play on Thursday by USC coach Andy Enfield, who also mentioned that the freshman will probably be limited in playing time.

It appears that he is in excellent spirits and appears well, according to Enfield.

At 12 minutes and fifty-eight seconds into the first half, with a four-point advantage held by the Trojans, James—wearing a No. 6 jersey with James Jr.’s nаme on the back—came on to a resounding round of applause.
