The genesis of this architectural masterpiece traces back to 2017 when Enebeli was overseeing the construction of a lavish 10-bedroom villa for former Manchester United striker Jude Ighalo. A fortuitous phone call from Burna’s manager and mother, Bose Ogulu, changed the course of Enebeli’s project. Upon witnessing Enebeli’s visionary designs for the incomplete structure, Burna, a global music sensation with residences spanning the globe, was captivated.

In the bustling metropolis of Lagos, amidst its teeming population of 20 million, Enebeli’s creation emerges as a tranquil haven spanning over 13,000 square feet. The imposing facade, adorned in soothing hues of beige and gray, exudes contemporary luxury. Inside, lofty ceilings greet visitors, alongside indulgences like a private cinema, lounge area, and games room. Ample parking space and towering windows further enhance the allure of this architectural marvel.

Enebeli and his team meticulously crafted the 3,700-square-foot interior, partitioning it into two distinct realms. One wing boasts amenities like a recording studio, gym, and guest bedrooms, catering to visiting artists. The other, a more intimate space, serves as Burna’s personal sanctuary, hosting his master bedroom and private terrace, where he entertains his inner circle.

The seamless flow of space on the lower level, sans doors, fosters a sense of continuity, with each room seamlessly melding into the next. Notably, the main living area opens up to expansive windows that frame views of the meticulously landscaped garden, evoking the tranquility of the Port Harcourt region where Burna spent his formative years, some 384 miles away.

In moments of repose, Burna finds solace in his sunken garden—a retreat where he can unwind amidst nature’s embrace. “He is quite a busy person but when you meet Damini Ogulu, he is a warm and open person,” remarked Akose Enebeli, drawing inspiration from Burna’s vibrant spirit.
