Ancelotti confirms Kylian Mbappe’s debut date
Kylian Mbappe has joined Real Madrid to help defend their La Liga and Champions League titles. He was introduced to fans at Santiago Bernabeu on July 16 after transferring from Paris Saint-Germain.
Though not part of the U.S. tour squad due to an extended summer break following Euro 2024, he is set to debut in the UEFA Super Cup against Atalanta on August 14, confirmed by coach Carlo Ancelotti.
Real Madrid’s preseason has seen losses to Barcelona and AC Milan, but Ancelotti remains focused on preparing the team for the season ahead. The La Liga campaign begins on August 18 against Mallorca.
