When Hannah had to say goodbye to her horses, Derby and Buddy, as well as her retriever, Buddy, she was heartbroken. She spent three months away, so when she returned home for the holidays, she was excited to greet Buddy.
Hannah got Buddy when she was a puppy, but she is now mostly deaf and has arthritis as a result of becoming older. But as Hannah started to weep, she offered her the most basic of greets, acting as though she hadn’t seen her in a while.
This story proves that dogs are among the most dedicated animals in the world, perhaps even more devoted than certain people.
