It was a very beautiful day for the rescuers of Paw Squadron. They were getting ready for another rescue and had spent some quality time with some stray dogs.

They were enjoying their time in the park and these dogs enjoyed their time with these amazing people.

Suddenly, the rescuers received a call to help a struggling puppy who was in the middle of nowhere and really needed their help.

Two rescuers immediately got into their car and started driving to the location. They were rushing to help this pup but it was going to take them a while before they got there.

A Long Search

One thing the rescuers didn’t expect was how long it would take to reach the location where the puppy was last seen.

They arrived at a remote town and started their search. They spent a long time looking, but they weren’t able to find the puppy.

The rescuers even looked into the bushes and trees to see if the puppy was maybe hiding from people. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case and they couldn’t find her.

After that, they got into their car again and drove to a different location where they suspected she might be.

The rescuers went into a very remote part of the town and started their search there. Out of the blue, they saw the puppy in the distance.

She was drinking water from a small puddle. She looked seriously malnourished and sick, so the rescuer sprang into action.

This small puppy immediately fled and hid under a truck. They slowly approached the puppy, but her fear got the best of her.

She barked and growled at them despite this, but they continued to move to her slowly. The pup relaxed a little bit when she realized they were not a threat.

A Long Treatment

They examined her for a bit and came to the conclusion that she was sick and also had injuries. Once that was confirmed, one of the rescuers took her into his arms.

After a long walk, they were back at the car, and the rescuers tried to give her some food and water. They noticed that the pup didn’t have any appetite.

This was not good, as it meant that something serious was wrong with her. They started driving back to the veterinarian clinic where they could help her.

However, they noticed that she started vomiting, and this was a sign that her state was only getting worse. They cleaned her up and took a short break to help her.

Soon enough, they reached the clinic, where a vet immediately took her in and started performing tests. The vet groomed her fur so it would be easier to treat her.

It was soon confirmed that she had parvovirus. This was horrible, but it was not all hopeless. They started her treatment right away, and they are hoping that she will get better.
