A brave little dog and a loyal friend didn’t hesitate to risk her life, running through traffic to seek help for her injured owner.

At the most unexpected moments, we can witness true acts of love. However, few are fortunate enough to see them, and they are left in awe when they realize that the heroes of these stories have tails and four legs. This is yet another heartwarming story from Zooprendente.

Milagro Muñoz Araya and her husband stopped their car near the veterinary hospital where she works in Guápiles, Costa Rica. At that moment, they saw a small yellow dog wandering nervously in the middle of the road, dodging cars as best as she could.

The little dog didn’t care about risking her life out of love for her favorite human.

“When I saw her running back and forth in such a nervous way, I knew she was trying to tell us something, so my husband and I stopped the car to understand what was happening,” Milagro recounted.

The little dog led them to a man lying on the ground with a cane beside him. It was clear that he was seriously injured.

Great acts of love will always come from a dog.

“My husband and I immediately ran toward him, and the little dog came with us. As soon as she got close, she started licking his face without stopping. We called an ambulance,” Milagro said.

It started to rain, but the loyal pup never left her owner’s side. She never abandoned him.

The little dog would never leave her owner, the one she loved most in the world.
