In the heart of Mladenovac, Serbia, the  Dog Rescue Shelter received a distress call about a mama  dog and her two precious  puppies, abandoned and left to fend for themselves on the unforgiving roadside for several days.

Compassionate souls passing by attempted to provide them with sustenance, but the mama  dog, fiercely protective of her little ones, steadfastly shielded them from any human touch. She stood as their guardian, silently awaiting the return of her absent owners.

However, destiny had a different plan, one that would involve the arrival of dedicated rescuers. Mama  dog, with her two pups nestled close, concealed herself in the tall grass along the road. There, she awaited the saviors, hoping against hope that they would come to her aid.

Regrettably, her owners never returned, and her vigil continued in vain. Yet, to the relief of all, she recognized the rescuers as her deliverers, and her demeanor transformed from guarded caution to welcoming warmth, as she gratefully accepted the food offered to her.

The rescue team returned to the grassy refuge one more time, after having safely loaded mama dog and her two pups into their car, determined to ensure that no other helpless  puppies were left behind. Their diligence paid off when they discovered another tiny soul hidden just a few feet away from the protective mama. These newborns had not yet opened their eyes to the world.

Fortune smiled upon them just in the nick of time, as all four were swiftly rescued and brought back to the sanctuary of the rescue shelter.

Moli, the devoted mama, has proven to be an exemplary mother to her pups. She now finds solace in knowing she’s in safe and caring hands, basking in the warmth of a comfortable bed rather than the harsh roadside.

Under the loving care of the shelter, this little family will thrive until the day comes when they are ready to find their forever homes.
