I wished the small puppy had been left on a wintry night. However, good fortune entered his life.

Unfortunately, some people do not know how to take care of their pets and do not know that these animals also experience emotions. Little Koki was in the same case.

The brave dog was taken in by his owners and left to fend for himself on the street in the cold. Fortunately, he found the right man. On the way to the grocery store, Stoya happened to see the yellow dog, who was caught under the strong current and had an injured paw. He looked desperate and the caring mother could not contain him. Stoya and his wife Dessy wrapped the puppy in a blanket to keep him warm and protected from the freezing weather. They decided to take the puppy and also gave him the same Koki.

“The temperature was freezing, we wanted to help,” Stoya said on her PawMeow YouTube channel. It wasn’t the first time they had rescued stray animals. The couple had already saved four cats in Bulgaria and are still working hard to help more.

The couple rescued only the cats, but they knew they couldn’t get rid of the tiny pup. It was obvious that without their help, Koki didn’t have much chance of surviving the cold.

It seemed like poor Koki had a sad past and didn’t trust my humans. He rejected the help Dessy and Stoya tried to give him and didn’t expect to have his injured leg touched.

But all this changed when the couple gave Koki a sausage, which he couldn’t resist.

“I think he realized at that moment that we loved him so much,” Stoya added. “His eyes were filled with hope.”

Finally, Koki’s torture was over and he found his forever home. While Dessy and Stoya were caring for Koki, they were also looking for a suitable home for the little dog.

“We had posted about the dog on social media in our country and were surprised by the interest,” the excited couple shared. “There were more than 30 applications for adoption. We chose carefully and the dog will go to a Russian woman who lives 200 km away, in a house with another small breed dog.”

Thanks to those kind-hearted people, Koki was finally able to enjoy his life again.
