A fanpage in Vietnam posted the story of a “pregnant dog sacrificing herself while fighting a king cobra to protect its owner” which moved netizens.

Many members of the fanpage shared this story with the following content:

The pregnant dog died while trying to protect its owner from a venomous snake.

The owner shared it on Facebook in grief. The incident happened just after midnight, a king cobra broke into the owner’s house. This is one of the most venomous snakes in the world, letting them into the house would certainly be dangerous to human life. But luckily the family dog ​​discovered it early and stopped it from under the stairs.

It defeated the snake on the spot. A few minutes later it also fell down. Checking it, the owner discovered that there was blood flowing out, exactly because it had been bitten by the other snake.

The owner quickly took it to the vet but it was too late. The family then held a small funeral to remember it and its unborn children.

Another website posted the story with a different caption: “While I was watching TV at home, I heard the dog barking loudly outside, thinking it was just playing like every day.
