His first major commitment after the club season has concluded is representing Les Bleus at the Euros in Germany.
And though the forward has made his ambition to star ar the Olympics in his hometown Paris clear, that appears to be nothing more than a dream that inevitably won’t come to fruition.
This is because Madrid has made it clear it won’t release its French players to Thierry Henry’s U-23 Olympics squad as confirmed by senior national team coach Didier Deschamps.
