It’s my  birthday, and instead of the usual joy and excitement that this day brings, I find myself enveloped in an unexpected solitude. As I sit here, waiting for the familiar pings of  birthday messages, the silence feels louder than ever. The absence of well-wishes and the empty inbox are stark reminders that this special day has gone unnoticed by those around me.
