Within Luka Modric’s brand-new €12 million Madrid home
The Modrics just bought a new house with a swimming pool, a gym, a massage area, and nine bedrooms, among other features.
Although Luka Modric is among the most significant players in Real Madrid history, not much is known about his personal life. The former Ballon d’Or winner prefers to concentrate on his game of football. 
The Croatian is wed to 37-year-old Vanja Bosnic, with whom she has three children.
They relocated to La Moraleja in Madrid in 2012, where a large number of his teammates were already residents. However, according to Informalia, the midfield player has moved into a new home in the same neighborhood, leaving his previous residence.
He spent about €12 million on the new home, which is more contemporary than the old one. 
The new home is 10,000 square meters, of which 2,700 are devoted to the nine bedrooms and nine baths. With six bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a large living area, the majority of the house is on one floor.
The guest rooms are on the second level, which has amazing views of the garden.

There is also an amazing eighteen-seat movie theater. In addition, there’s an 80-meter kids’ room with swings, a TV, and a climbing wall, as well as a glass wine cellar.
There’s a massage area as well as a contemporary gym and a ten-car garage. There is a separate apartment with two rooms, a living room and a bathroom, attached to the main house. There’s a large garden, a swimming pool, padel courts, and a crossfit circuit outdoors.
They purchased the home via Promora, a company that purchases and leases real estate in Madrid’s most affluent neighborhoods.
