Valued at a Staggering $7,000,000, NBA King LeBron James’s Son Bronny Receives ‘Ultimate Honor’ by Nearly Selling Out $30 Nike Merchandise Before USC Season

Bronny James is currently one of the hottest commodities in college basketball. Representing the USC Trojans, being the son of the best basketball player in the world – LeBron James – has immensely affected his worth. The Guard boasts a NIL valuation of $7,000,000, more than any other collegiate athlete in the nation. Capitalizing on James’ fame, Nike has dropped official merchandise of the 18-year-old that has been selling at a rapid pace.

Bronny James was one of the most famous names in the high school circuit. Now, playing for the USC Trojans, the 6ft 3” star has become a household name. Of course, being the son of a four-time NBA MVP does have its advantages. However, Bronny has managed to sign various NIL deals with major brands such as Nike, PSD Underwear, and Beats By Dre. The eldest son of LeBron and Savannah James has even signed with Faze Clan – a professional esports team.

Most of the Bronny James and Caitlin Clark merchandise is already sold out

Bronny James and Caitlin Clark are among the most popular names in college basketball. While Bronny has been a highly-rated recruit playing in his freshman year, Clark made waves during the Iowa Hawkeyes’ 2023 NCAA March Madness run.

Last year, Nike announced the signing of five student-athletes. Joining James and Clark were Haley Jones, DJ Wagner, and JuJu Watkins. Today, the American sports brand released official merchandise for Bronny and Caitlin. Most of the sizes sold out as soon as the $30 t-shirts were made available on their websites.

In the past, we have heard numerous athletes complain about not being remunerated in college. DeMarcus Cousins was one of the most prominent stars to address the issue. With things finally changing now, it is great to see college stars get paid for their image.

LeBron James is the reason behind Bronny’s high NIL valuation, Austin Rivers believes

Of course, by virtue of being the son of LeBron James, Bronny has been in the public eye forever. However, we cannot dismiss Bronny’s achievements. Having a $7,000,000 NIL valuation is no small matter.

Austin Rivers, who was also a pretty big name during his college days, made it clear that Bronny was being provided with all these deals because he was LBJ’s son.

“We know why he [Bronny] got that. He got that because he’s the son of LeBron James,” said Austin. “I was the number one player in the country. Bronny’s not even- what is Bronny ranked? There was no fluctuation with me. I was one. I was number one in the country.”

Clearly, Rivers, who was the go-to guy for the Duke Blue Devils, is a bit jealous of the teenager.
