Future NBA athlete!
Ayesha Curry recently shared an impressive video on Instagram featuring her and Golden State Warrior’s Stephen Curry’s now 5-year-old son, Canon W. Jack, showcasing his budding basketball skills.
In the adorable clip, Canon keeps his focus while dribbling two basketballs simultaneously, demonstrating a remarkable talent at such a young age.
“Canon Jack out here stuntin’ like his daddy. 😍😆,” Ayesha wrote, tagging her husband, the 36-year-old professional basketball star.
In addition to Canon, the couple is also parents to daughters Riley Elizabeth, 11, and Ryan Carson, 8.
Canon’s basketball talent comes as no surprise to those who follow the Curry family. Last year, during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Ayesha revealed that their youngest child initially thought his famous dad was a golfer. “He’s such a boy’s boy,” Ayesha said, noting that Canon had just started playing basketball.
“For the longest time, actually, he thought his dad was a golfer because of the pandemic and there was no basketball in season,” the mom of three explained. “So he’s just now realizing that his dad and his uncles play basketball. So that’s been exciting for us.”
The Curry family often attends Warriors games together, capturing sweet moments of family support. Recently, they were seen cheering on Stephen during the NBA Finals.
Ayesha expressed her pride in her husband and his team, the Golden State Warriors, who were vying for another NBA title. “So beyond proud of @stephencurry30 and the @warriors !!! #wcfchamps #wcfmvp God is great!” Ayesha captioned a family photo taken at a Warriors game.
As Canon continues to develop his basketball skills, it’s clear he has the potential to follow in his father’s legendary footsteps, carrying on the Curry legacy on the court.
