The Bel-Air property has more than an acre of backyard space and is the country’s largest private residence. 42 bathrooms, 21 bedrooms, a 30-car garage, a bowling facility, and a movie theater are among the luxurious features of this residence.
Nile Niami, a film producer, designed and owns his residence. Niami produced over a dozen low-budget films before becoming a renowned builder of luxurious residences. Sean “Diddy” Combs and other wealthy individuals have purchased his properties.
Seven years ago, Niami considered constructing “The One” with the intention of creating the largest and most expensive residence. The estate’s construction was concluded earlier this year and is estimated to be worth over $550 M.
