A thin stray dog named Winnie found herself in a desperate situation with a jar stuck to her head. The bottle prevented her from eating or drinking, leaving her weak and vulnerable. For weeks, Winnie wandered the streets desperately searching for help. His condition was deteriorating rapidly and time was running out.
Fortunately, the Bonnie Flight Project, a dog rescue organization in Guam, Micronesia, learned of Winnie’s plight. Her compassionate volunteers knew they had to act quickly to save her.
Armed with nets and great determination, they set out to rescue the distressed puppy.
Despite her fear and exhaustion, Winnie proved to be surprisingly docile, allowing rescuers to secure her safely. It was like I knew these wonderful people were here to help!
Once Winnie was out of immediate danger, rescuers faced the next challenge: removing the jar from her head.
To his relief, everything went well without much difficulty. Although she was emaciated and severely dehydrated, Winnie miraculously showed no other major health problems.
She was placed in foster care, ready to embark on a journey of recovery
