Darius Morris, a former professional basketball player who was once part of the NBA, passed away at the age of 33 on Saturday. They shared a post adorned with a purple heart and a photo of Morris celebrating on the basketball court. Morris had a tenure of two seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers, both with the professional team and its G-League affiliate. Following his time with the Lakers, he joined the Philadelphia 76ers in 2013, and later had brief stints with the Clippers and Grizzlies through 10-day contracts during the same season. Throughout his NBA career, Morris participated in 132 games, starting in 17 of them, all of which took place during the 2012-13 season.
