Kobe Bryant’s former home in Irvine, California, is back on the market for $2.6 million, less than six months after it was first sold.
And the house has definitely had a makeover.
The three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home was first purchased by the Lakers legend and his wife, Vanessa Bryant, in 2013 for $1.3 million.
Nine months after the five-time NBA champion’s suԀԀen deаth, Vanessa listed the home for $1.995 million on October 27, 2020. Just two days later, someone purchased the home for $2 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.

But the new owner clearly has big plans for the house.
The listing describes the property as a “completely renovated single-story gem.”
Nestled in the exclusive gated community of Summit at Turtle Ridge, this home in a well-kept Orange County neighborhood underwent a nearly $200,000 renovation.
Ranging from mostly traditional wood cabinetry and paneling to a contemporary white and modern vibe, this residence features a sleek kitchen with an oversized marble island, custom backsplashes, professional-grade appliances, and a cozy breakfast nook .
