Phoenix Suns shooting guard Bradley Beal has sold his lavish Venice, CA, home for $7.65 million. The five-bedroom residence was built in 2020 and has more than 8,000 square feet.
The high-scoring guard has become accustomed to making moves off the court. Beal previously bought a massive McLean, VA, mansion in 2016 for $3.2 million. The Washington, DC,-area property has 10-foot ceilings, a library, an exercise room, and a separate pool house.

Just a short distance from popular Los Angeles attractions, this home is a modern masterpiece with spacious rooms and plenty of light.
The black-and-white facade and oversized, wooden front door really set the tone. Inside, the home offers up a fluid layout, which includes multiple sitting areas with floor-to-ceiling windows, fireplaces, and Lutron lighting.
