Former NBA center Tyson Chandler has put his Newport Beach, CA, home up for rent, and he’s aiming to get $70,000 a month.

Chandler, 41, was drafted into the NBA, right out of high school, by the Los Angeles Clippers in 2001. He was then quickly traded to the Chicago Bulls, where he played until 2006. Besides the Bulls, he’s also played for the New York Knicks, Los Angeles Lakers, and Houston Rockets. He now works in player development.
