With wins for Rookie of the Year and Most Improved Player of the Year, Ja Morant, the outstanding player for the Memphis Grizzlies, has established himself as a superstar in the NBA. The fact that Morant and his parents are neighbors because of his new property’s proximity to his father’s house is maybe the most notable. Ja’s father, Tee Morant, also spent $1.3M for an estate in Eads in 2019.
